The G30 was the set that pushed Ping's game improvement irons properly into the modern era. The big idea was COR-Eye Technology, a face and body design that flexes far more than a traditional cavity back, which lifts ball speed on shots struck low or out towards the toe. Pair that with a tungsten toe weight and a custom 431 stainless head and you get an iron that launches easily and holds its line when you do not catch it flush.

This set is built on graphite shafts in senior flex, so it suits a smoother or slightly slower swing looking for height and easy carry rather than raw speed. The green dot lie code sits upright of Ping's standard black, which typically suits a player who fights a fade or stands slightly closer to the ball.
