Our Corsham store, just outside Bath, is the busiest custom fitting and teaching superstore in the South West of England. We've just refurbished all three fitting studios and kitted them out with GCQuad and SAM PuttLab, so you'll be working with technology that stands up against anything on tour.

We're looking for a PGA Professional to join the team. Whether you're established or freshly qualified, what matters is that you're driven, you care about getting people into the right equipment, and you want to build something of your own rather than wait for it to be handed to you.

Here's the important part. We have a large volume of golfers walking through the door every single day, and the coaching side of the Corsham store is nowhere near where it could be. That gap is the opportunity. The fitting bays are busy, the lesson diary has room, and the person who takes this on gets to grow both.

The Setup

You won't be working around limitations here. Everything you need to deliver a proper fitting is already in the building.

The Role

  • Build your custom fitting client base. Full training from our Head of Custom Fitting, plus trips to the leading brands' training and coaching facilities where tour level knowledge gets passed straight on to you.
  • Grow the coaching side of the store. We want to see the lesson diary at Corsham busy, and there's plenty of room to grow it with the footfall we already have.
  • Deliver 5 star fittings. Honest, data led recommendations that send golfers away with equipment that genuinely suits them.
  • Be part of the team. You'll be working alongside other highly qualified PGA Professionals with ongoing training throughout.
