Tony Valentine Golf is one of the UK's leading independent golf retailers, and our Corsham store is where a lot of golfers in Wiltshire start their season. From a first set of clubs to a full custom fitting, people come to us because they trust the advice they get over the counter.

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join the Corsham team. This isn't a job where you point at a shelf and take the money. You'll be the person who asks the right questions, works out what a customer actually needs, and sends them out of the door genuinely excited to get on the course.

If you know your driver lofts from your wedge bounce, enjoy talking to people, and want to spend your days surrounded by the newest gear from TaylorMade, Titleist, Callaway, Ping and more, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers and getting to the bottom of what they're really looking for
  • Giving honest, expert advice on clubs, apparel, footwear and accessories
  • Keeping on top of the latest releases so your advice is always current
  • Making sure the shop floor looks sharp, well stocked and easy to shop
  • Handling sales and transactions quickly and accurately
  • Helping with deliveries, stock replenishment and inventory
  • Being a positive part of a small, friendly team

What You'll Bring

  • A solid understanding of golf and golf equipment
  • Great communication skills and a natural way with customers
  • Retail experience is preferred, though attitude matters more
  • Availability to work full time, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Enthusiasm, reliability and a proper team player mindset
  • Comfortable lifting and moving stock around the store
