Fitted with Speedstep 80 regular flex steel shafts, right handed.

XR was Callaway's speed set, built around the 360 Face Cup that flexes and rebounds at impact rather than simply sitting flat against the body. The face is noticeably thin, the sole is progressive through the set and the whole thing is tuned to give you more ball speed without asking for a better swing. On the launch monitor these still stack up well against far newer irons.

A complete 5 iron to sand wedge set on regular flex steel, ready to play. XR suits a mid handicapper chasing a bit more distance and a higher flight, particularly through the mid and long irons where most club golfers lose the most. A genuinely good used buy if you want performance without paying current model money.
