Behind that face, internal weighting sits low and back to lift the moment of inertia and get the ball launching easily even from an average lie. Ping's eight position adjustable hosel lets you shift loft and lie to close a gap in your set precisely rather than approximately, which is more useful than it sounds when you are trying to fit a hybrid between a fairway wood and a long iron. Stiff flex suits a stronger swing.
