Fitted with a Vanquish 5 R2 senior flex shaft as part of the Max Lite build.

Max Lite is the lightest build in the Qi35 rescue family and every component has been chosen with the same goal in mind. The head, the shaft and the grip are all lighter than the standard Max version, which lets a player with a moderate swing speed generate more clubhead speed without swinging any harder. It is a simple idea that works.

The head itself uses a multi material construction of chromium carbon, steel and aluminium, with the centre of gravity moved to improve energy transfer between face and ball. Twist Face, a Thru-Slot Speed Pocket and a carbon crown all feature, and the address profile is large and reassuring. TaylorMade list this as the highest launching head in the Qi35 rescue family, which is exactly what you want from a 4 hybrid in senior flex.
