Fitted with KBS Max MT 85 regular flex steel shafts, standard length and standard lie.

The Stealth iron uses TaylorMade's Cap Back design, where a lightweight polymer cap sits over the top of the head to control vibration while the face is left free to flex. Toe wrap construction moves mass out of the toe and puts it lower and deeper, and the through slot Speed Pocket underneath the face keeps ball speed up on shots caught thin.

It manages the trick of looking reasonably compact from address while still being properly forgiving, which is why it sold so well to mid handicappers. Set is 5 iron to pitching wedge in regular flex steel, standard length and lie. A solid, modern set of irons for someone moving up from an older game improvement model.
