🚚 Delivery & Returns FAQ

 

Which courier do you use?

  • 🚛 DPD – for most UK orders

  • 📬 Royal Mail Tracked – for smaller items

  • 📦 Parcel Force – for some areas (N. Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, etc.)

 


 

How do I track my parcel?

  • 📧 Tracking details are sent via email with a clickable link

  • 📱 Courier alerts sent via email or text

  • Delivery notifications on the morning of delivery (UK mainland only)

  • Make sure to provide your email address or mobile number

 


 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • 🇬🇧 UK Mainland: 2–3 business days (average; see item page for ETA)

  • 🏴 N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands: 3–4 business days

  • 🇪🇺 EU: 6–7 business days

Most UK orders are next-day delivery, with updates sent after your order confirms delivery details

 


 

What if I’m not home when delivery is made?

  • 📩 You’ll be informed of the delivery time

  • 🏠 If you can’t be home, provide special delivery instructions

  • ✅ By default, parcels are left with a neighbour

 


 

How do I return an item?

  • 🔄 Use our integrated returns process: log in, select your item, click “Return Item”, and follow the instructions

  • ☎️ Call 01249 714466 or email website@tonyvalentine.com for assistance

  • 🕒 Returns accepted within 14 days (extended over Christmas for gifts)

  • 📦 Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • ❌ Items that are modified or used cannot be returned

  • 💸 If you received an item in error, we reimburse postage costs
