Shortages
Any product shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Returns
We have an integrated returns process, if you login to your account and find you item you want to return you can click return item and the follow the on screen instructions. But it is a good idea to call our customer service line on: 01249 714466 first to see if there is anything we can do to help or if you need further assistance. We can accept a return for an item within 30 days (Returns are extended over the Christmas period - You can return any gifts that are not correct if you contact us before the New Year) provided it has not been used and is in the original packaging. Please note we would not be able to accept a return on an item that has been modified. If in the unlikely event you have received the wrong item we will reimburse your postage costs and will exchange for the correct item asap.
Faulty Goods
“Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).
After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement”
Online/Mail Order Goods
“In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.”
Please note we would not be able to accept a return on an item that has been modified or has been custom made for you.

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label and get the correct item sent out asap or a swift refund.

Worried that you might order a pair that does not fit?
Dont Panic!
You can return any pair that does not fit to us for a full refund or you can exchange it for a different size.
You would need to send the shoes back to us and we would give you a refund on their arrival or send out a replacement in most cases on a next day delivery.

Check out the preferred postal services for returns. They both offer collection services, plus you can purchase the label online. The delivery driver can bring a label with him, or you can print it out at home. If you have the facillity to print it out at home, you can also drop the parcel at a post office yourself.
