The OPTM MAX Fairway is intentionally formulated with a left-bias for players battling a slice. Strategic weight placement shifts the CG closer to the hosel, creating higher launch and quicker face closure. Extended use may result in straighter shots, enviable high soft draws, and a permanent reduction in slices.
The OPTM X Fairway delivers a potent blend of speed and forgiveness. Its classic shape may trigger overconfidence, with enhanced performance off the tee and fairway. Results may include straighter ball flights, easier launch, and more reliability than you've ever had in a fairway.
In all the G430 fairways, we’ve developed Carbonfly Wrap to deliver more distance by positioning the CG closer to the force line to maximize ball speed, resulting in higher, longer carries, whether fit for the MAX, SFT or LST model.
The MAX model is available in five lofts, including a new 4-wood, to provide more gapping solutions. The face is taller for confidence off the tee while maintaining a CG location that delivers high-launching performance off the ground. A Free Hosel and Carbonfly Wrap lower the CG, increase forgiveness and contribute to a more muted, pleasing sound at impact. Lofts are adjustable ± 1.5° and lie up to 3° flatter than standard.
