Cash in on your old clubs - Extra 10% for store credit

STEP 1:

Obtain a quote. This can be easily done by using the form below, alternatively you could give us a call on 01249 714466 (option 1), email us here: website@tonyvalentine.com or visit us in-store at Corsham or Swindon. Quotes will be responded to within 24 hours (business hours) *Please use our condition guide to carefully describe your clubs, that ensures you get the most accurate quote.

STEP 2:

Once you have your quote and you are happy with it, it's time to send your clubs to us. 

*Free return is available for quotes over £50. For quotes under £50 return costs would be £7.50. Collection or postage labels can be sent via email.

STEP 3:

Once we receive your clubs, it will be time for us to verify and process your order. Clubs will be inspected to ensure they match the advised condition when you obtained your quote. If the clubs are not as described, meaning the quote has to be adjusted you will be informed of the change. You will need to make a descision whether to proceed or not. If you choose not to proceed, there is a £5 charge for us to send the clubs back to you. This is why it's really important to accurately describe the clubs during the intiial quote stage.

STEP 4:

Time for you to get paid!  Cash payments can be paid using BACS into your chosen accoount. This usually takes around 3 business days. Store credit can be instantly emailed in the form of an online gift card. Don't forget, you receive 10% extra for store credit!

*Please Note: In-store trade in will be dealt with on the spot, as you would be in person with your clubs. This means you can use your store credit right away, or have it on a gift card. For trade ins for money, payment would settled in-store with cash - For this we would need to see your photo I.D.

CONDITION GUIDE

10 - Brand New (unopened)

9 - Extremely light use, maybe used once or twice.

8 - Light cosmetic wear, signs of use but no damage.

*Must not have chips to any paintwork

*Only very light marking to faces, soles etc

*Shafts must not have rub marks

7 - Cosmetic wear, marks such as scratching but overall good condition.

*Some scratching to the paintwork maybe some tiny chips but nothing more serious that that

*Irons/wedges would have wear to faces and sole, but nothing too excessive

*Shaft can have scratching and light bag rub, but no deeper rub marks.

6 - Heavier marks, showing a fair amount of wear - but still in working order.

*Paintwork with scratching and chips present.

*Irons with noticable wear to the faces, scratching to the soles along with dings and stone chips

*Shafts would have scratching, marks and more noticable rub marks to graphite.

Conditions between 5 to 1 - These are not accepted.

Below are the some examples of heavy damage that is not acceptable.

- Dents

- Cracks

- Large stone chips / dings

- Missing weights / inserts / ferrules

- Shafts with deep rub marks down to the graphite (affecting structural integrity)

- Sets of irons with missing irons

- Sets of irons with odd shaft models

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

- Trade in only available to UK mainland customers (N.Ireland and Surrounding Island are excluded)

- All quotes are at the discretion of Tony Valentine Golf Centre, all decisions are final in regards to values and quotes being accepted.

- All quotes are valid for 3 business days, quotes after that may be revised.

- Once a quote is accepted, clubs must be returned to us within 5 business days.

- Pre-paid shipping labels or collection will be Free of charge for quotes £50 or more.

- If the clubs received are not at the condition advised, a revised quote will be sent for your approval.

- If you choose not to go ahead with the revised quote, the clubs will be returned to you. This is at a cost of £5, paid by the customer.

- We reserve the right to amend/modify these Terms & Conditions, including withdrawal of the service without prior notice or liability.
